Turbotek is proud to present our innovative Friction Reduction Tool (FRT), developed to rival the existing Agitator. Our FRT features a revolutionary design that replaces the conventional PDM power section with advanced turbine blades, addressing common issues such as rubber wear and performance limitations in high-pressure, high-temperature, and multiphase drilling environments. A key challenge in this development was maintaining an acceptable pulse frequency despite the high RPM of the turbine, which Turbotek overcame with a groundbreaking valve design. Rigorous surface testing against leading friction reduction tools has shown that our FRT delivers superior and cleaner shock amplitude, enhanced acceleration, and reduced pressure drop.
